Our fully equipped spaces are available for as little as £25 per hour and provide all the must-have facilities and audio visual (AV) equipment needed to present to your team or stakeholders in the best possible way.

Meeting rooms and board rooms

(2-10 people)

Suitable for holding interviews, training, small meetings, board meetings and one-to-ones.

Conference rooms

(24-100 people subject to location) 

Suitable for conferences, board meetings, training, away days and events.

Video conference rooms

Suitable for video conferences, video calls and visual presentations. Available at selected Canopi locations.


What times are the meeting rooms available?

Our meeting rooms in London can be booked between the following times:

Borough –  Mon – Fri (8 am – 7 pm), Sat & Sun (by request)

Hounslow – Mon – Fri (9 am – 5 pm)

Old Street – Mon – Fri (8 am – 6 pm), Sat & Sun (by request)

Alternatively, if you would like to book one of our conference rooms, you have the option of a full day slot or a half-day slot.
