Your charity or social sector organisation doesn’t need to be a Canopi member to book a meeting or Event Space.
If you’d like to enquire about meeting or conference rooms for your charity or social enterprise you can complete our enquiry form. Some Meeting Rooms are available to book and pay for online in our portal.

At Canopi we provide accessible facilities and provide tea, coffee and milk.
Customers are welcome to bring their own food. Third party catering is permissible and we are happy to recommend local suppliers.
We have secure cycle storage for up to 32 bikes and have individual cubicle showers with day lockers.
All customers and guests can use our shared kitchens, but we ask everyone to clean up after themselves and respect other people in the building.
Do you provide for the set up of the meeting rooms?
Customers are able to set meeting rooms up as they prefer. However, set up advice and equipment inductions should be arranged in advance of any scheduled meetings.
Can I take a tour of the Canopi office?
Of course! You can take a tour of our building to see if they suit your organisation’s need. You can take a virtual tour online or fill in our enquiry form and one of our team will be in touch with you to discuss your needs and schedule a date.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes VAT is charged on Canopi products and services
