Approximately 10-minute walk from St Thomas Street exit at London Bridge Station and 12-minute walk from Bermondsey Tube station. There is a regular bus service (numbers 343, 42 and 78) providing access along nearby Tower Bridge Road.

You can find coffee shops, bakery, pubs, sandwich shops, supermarkets, gym and yoga studio. Conveniently located near Maltby Street Market and Bermondsey Street A comprehensive list with specific locations will be provided at a later date.

The new workspace will offer a range of amenities including printing facilities, fully equipped kitchens, various meeting room sizes, secure cycle storage, showers and lockers, 100-seat lecture theatre, updated AV technology and plenty of collaborative break out spaces.

We are working on creating a seatiang plan that considers your preferences (when possible) and optimises space for a collaborative environment.  We’ll do our best to accommodate requests. Space allocation criteria will consider factors such as number of desks required alongside any requested needs.

We will provide clear signage and a directory to help you locate customers’ dedicated desk area.

The lower ground floor event space, including lecture theatre and flexible meeting rooms, will be available to Canopi customers to book at a discounted rate.

We aim to launch this service in January 2025 as we are prioritising the dedicated desk space completion. We will provide more information as we evolve this space.

Our 16 meeting rooms will be bookable via the online system and customers can use their annual coin allocation (worth £2,500) to purchase the meeting room space.

The new building will provide different types of spaces including phone booths, pods, booths, quiet areas and communal tables. These will be available to book on the online system without using your annual coin allocation.

Our architects will be implementing noise-reduction solutions including acoustic panels, ceiling diffusers, sound-deadening wall coverings, freestanding partitions, upholstered furniture and clever use of plants and storage solutions. There will be dedicated quiet spaces for focused work and soundproofed pods / phonebooths with soundproofing. We are committed to maintaining a professional working environment and will address any specific concerns on noise disruption if they arise.

Standard office hours will be 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Customers wishing to extend these (between 7am and 9pm or weekends) need to confirm in writing with Canopi 72 hours in advance so that we can ensure that there is appropriate security.

Dedicated desks will be £510 +VAT per desk, per month. This is inclusive of utilities and communication charges.

Hotdesks will be £35 +VAT per day

The new workspace has robust security measures including a secure entry system, CCTV cameras and on-site security personnel.

Personal storage will be cabinets under desks.

Organisation storage will be in tall cupboards provided for every 2-3 desks. These will be between 1200mm and 1600mm tall allowing for 3-4 shelves which equates to 3-4 linear meters per cupboard.

We will be unable to keep anything remaining in the Borough – the building will be managed with the disposal of unwanted or left items. IT equipment such as photocopiers will need to be disposed of separately. We will encourage organisations to only move with necessary storage requirements.

There will be an IT recycle in early September and skips during July (w/c 22 July) and another closer to the moving date.

Canopi will provide furniture at the new office. Personal furniture will not be permitted due to space constraints and brand consistency. Please talk to our operations team if you have any questions or concerns.

We are currently conducting an IT requirements survey to ensure that customers’ IT needs are taken into consideration.

We are taking the following approach:

Enhanced Networking Systems: We’re committed to providing an improved networking infrastructure

Increased Bandwidth: We understand you’ll need more bandwidth, so we’re upgrading to a 10Gbps internet line—a tenfold increase over our current bandwidth

Telephony: Phones becoming less business crucial, we’re evaluating our telephony services.

WiFi: We primarily rely on WiFi, although we could still offer options for wired connections, however, we expect this will be the exception rather than the norm

Cloud Integration: Many of our customers have already transitioned to the cloud, or are considering it. Our goal is to significantly reduce or even eliminate on-site communications room capacity

Cost-Effective Printing: By negotiating the lowest prices with printer suppliers and charging you at cost, we hope to encourage you to use our equipment instead of your own

Canopi will cover the core moving expenses, including professional movers, transportation, and basic packing materials.

The specific date will be confirmed closer to the move, we are aiming for October 2024.

We expect the entire move to take around 4 weeks during October 2024.

You will be responsible for packing your personal belongings, laptops and essential work items. Canopi will provide moving boxes and labelling materials. Professional movers will handle storage and larger equipment.
