In our Canopi locations we provide accessible facilities and provide tea, coffee and milk.

Customers are welcome to bring their own food. Third party catering is permissible and we are happy to recommend local suppliers.

All customers and guests can use our shared kitchens, but we ask everyone to clean up after themselves and respect other people in the building.

Parking is available at our Borough location. Check out the individual locations on the website for other facilities per venue.

Customers are able to set meeting rooms up as they prefer. However, set up advice and equipment inductions can be arranged in advance of any scheduled meetings.

Of course! You can take a tour of our locations to see if they suit your organisation’s need. We suggest filling in our enquiry form: one of our support team will be in touch with you usually in the first 24h to discuss your needs and schedule a date.

*Dedicated Desks: 2 months rent free

Eligible: New and existing customers who take additional dedicated desks at current 2023 prices.
Terms: The free offer applies only to licence fees. Rates, utilities and facilities charges would still apply from date of licence commencement.

*Hotdesks: 10 days for £199 +VAT / month

Eligible: New and existing customers who have not used our hotdesking product previously.
Terms: £199 offer per month lasts for up to three months per customer – then normal rates apply. 5 days free trial still available on top! Fees for additional facilities used still apply.

*Refer an organisation and receive up to £500

• Each referral must be for a new organisation
• Customer referrals must be acknowledged by email from a member of the Canopi team to the referrer in advance of the new customer organisation signing a licence agreement
• Vouchers will be issued to the referrer when the new customer’s licence agreement is signed
• Vouchers will be non-exchangeable and not-redeemable for cash or any other alternative award
• Canopi reserves the right to use its discretion in any process and amend or withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice

Eligible: Referrers of new organisations signing a licence agreement for dedicated desks.
Terms: Canopi will pay the individual referrer, in Amazon vouchers, for each referred organisation that becomes a Canopi Borough customer, offering £250 for up to 10 dedicated desks and £500 for 11 desks or more.

Borough Offices:

• Licence fees and standard utility charges (gas and electric, Business Rates, telephony, IT, included meeting room allowances) are all VAT exempt and so no VAT is charged
• VAT is charged at the prevailing rate on additional services (additional meeting and conference rooms, printing and copying, phone calls, postage)
