The ‘90% Friday Club’ is about creating greater access opportunities. By opening up our quieter Friday space, we want to help more charities, social enterprises and grassroots organisations come together in a professional environment – so they can strengthen ideas, build partnerships and deliver greater impact in their communities – at a fraction of the usual cost.
Why this matters
Many charity and organisations with purpose don’t have access to affordable high-quality meeting space – and this can limit their collaboration, planning and growth. We believe that where you meet can shape what you achieve. By offering a selection of meeting rooms at a significantly reduced rate, we’re helping to remove that barrier – so that people can focus on making a difference. This is about giving you space that supports your work, so you can host planning sessions that move your mission forward, run training or workshops in a professional setting or meet partners, funders or stakeholders with confidence. Fridays might be quieter for us, but they can be powerful for you.
The offer
Every Friday, selected Canopi meeting rooms are available to book at 90% off the standard meeting room rates, giving you access to:
- Professional AV-enabled meeting rooms
- High speed Wi-Fi
- Up to 4 hours meeting room time
- A range of room sizes (from 5 up to 15 people) to suit your needs
- A great location and modern, welcoming environment
- Complimentary tea and coffee (self-service)
- Easy to book online
This means in real terms that you could host a 2-hour meeting for 5 people for £5.20 +VAT – roughly the cost of a single cup of coffee!

The 90% Friday Club is designed to reach and support a wide network of people and organisations, including:
- Registered charities
- Community Interest Companies (CICs)
- Social enterprises
- Grassroots and volunteer-led groups
We are really keen to connect with small and emerging organisations who can benefit most from access to professional meeting room space.
How to book
- Visit our online booking portal
- Select ‘Meeting Rooms’
- Enter the date of a Friday that you wish to host your meeting
- Choose from one of the 5 discounted meeting rooms (the price shows the discount)
- Chose the start and end times for your meeting
- Select ‘Book Now’
- Pay and complete your booking – you will get email confirmation
On the day of your booking arrive at our office (82 Tanner Street, London SE1 3GN) and our Canopi team will be there to welcome you and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Terms and conditions
- Reduced meeting room rates are valid on Fridays
- Limited room availability
- We aim to support as many organisations as possible so we ask users to book with fair usage considerations:
- Maximum of 2 discounted meeting room bookings per organisation per month
- Bookings are intended for genuine organisational use (not commercial hire at reduced rates)
- Canopi reserves the right to prioritise access to ensure greater benefit
- Meeting rooms are subject to availability
- Existing Canopi customers and full-paying bookings may be prioritised when required
- Existing Canopi customers cannot use their coin allocation in conjunction with this offer
- Canopi reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time
