Who can take part?

This referral scheme is open to all existing Canopi desk and virtual office customers.

How it works

  1. Make an introduction: Email your referral to info@canopi.org.uk introducing us to the organisation
  2. Making contact: Our team will get in touch and arrange a tour with the referred charity
  3. When they join: Once they sign up as a customer (subject to terms and conditions), you will qualify for your reward
  4. Take advantage of your benefit: Our accounts team will process your next invoice minus your reward
  5. Unlimited referrals: The more organisations you refer, the more you will get rewarded

This referral scheme is designed to grow the Canopi community through trusted recommendations and help strengthen collaboration opportunities between Canopi customers.

Terms and Conditions

  • Rewards are only issued once the referred organisation signs up as an eligible customer
  • Referrals must be submitted by an existing Canopi customer
  • Scheme is only open to customers who take space at Tanner Street
  • The referred organisation must be a new enquiry and not already in active discussions with Canopi
  • The referring organisation must have permission to share the referred organisation’s contact details
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives
  • Canopi reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraudulent activity
  • Canopi reserves the rights to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time
